8. Product Purchase
After placing your order, you will receive an automated email detailing your order information. Collected from Store: This confirms that your order has been received by the store of your choice, and your products will be available for pickup from that location for up to 3 days.

These notifications cannot be disabled, as their delivery is essential for the proper processing of your order. You are responsible for ensuring that these emails can reach you and that you retain them throughout the duration of our transaction. If you do not receive the relevant emails, it is your obligation—under the general terms governing our transactions—to inform us without delay. Your products will be delivered as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract. Exceptions apply to products marked as Pre-order, Coming Soon, or Made to Order, for which separate delivery updates will be provided.
9. Right of Withdrawal for Distance Purchases
If you make a purchase remotely (e.g., via the Internet), you have the right to return a product and receive a refund, provided you notify us in writing via the contact form at www.zamarra.gr or by calling our Customer Service Department at +30 24670 00000 within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you—or a third party designated by you—received the product. Upon exercising your right of withdrawal, you are required to return the product to us in its original, excellent condition (“as new”) as delivered, or to provide clear and indisputable proof that it has been safely shipped within twenty (20) calendar days from the date of withdrawal. Within the same timeframe, we are obliged to refund any amounts you have paid, using the same payment method you originally selected. If you paid by credit or debit card, we will immediately issue the refund request to the card issuer. We are not responsible for any delays in the crediting of the amount to your account that are not attributable to us.
The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only if such reduction results from handling the goods in a manner other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality. We are not responsible and will not compensate the consumer, nor will the withdrawal have any effect, in cases where damage to the goods has occurred due to the consumer’s fault or if the goods have been used beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
In all cases, products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documentation and proof of receipt, as well as the completed Return Form, which you can download from this link. If the shipping costs for returning the product exceed the standard postal service rate, they are not covered by Kassou Ioanna Georgios and will be borne by the customer.
Supplier Liability and Warranty – Seller’s Responsibility for Defects
The manufacturer of any product you purchase is liable for any damage caused by a defect in their product. Any agreement that limits or exempts the manufacturer from this liability is considered null and void.
Claims against the manufacturer for damages expire three (3) years after the injured party became aware—or should have become aware—of the damage, the defect, and the identity of the manufacturer. Furthermore, all rights of the injured party against the manufacturer are extinguished ten (10) years after the product was first placed on the market.

The supplier is required to provide the consumer with clear and comprehensive written instructions—either in the Greek language or using internationally recognized symbols—regarding the safe use, maintenance, care, and optimal utilization of the product, as well as information about any risks associated with its use and upkeep.
The warranty must be written in clear, legible, and understandable language in Greek, and must include at minimum: the name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the warranty applies, the exact terms of the warranty, its duration, and the territorial scope of its validity.
The warranty must comply with the principles of good faith and must not be undermined by excessive exclusion clauses. Its duration must be reasonable in relation to the expected lifespan of the product.
The expected lifespan of a product is defined as the reasonably anticipated period during which the product can be used according to its intended purpose—even after repair or replacement of parts—until wear from regular use renders it unusable or economically impractical to continue using.
For advanced technology products, the warranty duration must also be reasonable in relation to the period during which the product is expected to remain technologically relevant, if that period is shorter than its physical lifespan.
If a defect arises during the warranty period and the supplier refuses or delays the repair beyond the time reasonably required for the specific case, the consumer has the right to request replacement of the product with one of equivalent specifications and quality, or—if repair is not possible—to withdraw from the contract.
If the required repair time exceeds fifteen (15) working days, the consumer is entitled to request a temporary replacement of the product for the duration of the repair.
Any failure by the supplier to fulfill their obligations does not affect the validity of the warranty, which the consumer may invoke and demand compliance with. In the event of replacement of the product or any of its parts, the warranty is automatically renewed for its full duration with respect to the new product or part.
In accordance with the above provisions, Kassou Ioanna Georgios, when acting as the Supplier of a product as defined above, will provide all necessary assistance to ensure the fulfillment of the Supplier’s warranty terms, at no cost to you.
This support is provided independently of any out-of-warranty maintenance services, which may be offered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the applicable service charges.
Finally, Kassou Ioanna Georgios bears all legal obligations toward you as defined by the Civil Code for sellers.
In particular, if a product sold to you is found to be defective, you have the right to: (a) request its repair free of charge or its replacement with an equivalent product, unless such action is impossible or entails disproportionate costs; (b) request a price reduction; (c) withdraw from the contract, unless the defect is minor and does not significantly affect the product’s functionality.
These rights do not apply if the defect was caused by you or by force majeure, whether narrowly or broadly interpreted.
In all cases, returned products must be accompanied by the necessary legal documentation and proof of receipt. These documents also apply to Extended Warranty Contracts (THE CLICKERS) and are non-transferable between buyers.
All such claims are subject to a statute of limitations of two (2) years.

Delivery dates and times depend on the respective courier company.
Product Pickup
Place your order by 15:00 (Monday to Friday) and we will dispatch it on the next business day.
Shipping Costs / Free Delivery
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and amount to €3 for products weighing up to 2kg, with an additional charge of €1 for each extra kilogram.
Additionally, for purchases over €70, we cover your shipping costs.
15. Order Delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
The product has been delayed by our supplier: In order to offer you the highest possible quality in clothing, we have chosen Greek suppliers. However, there are cases where one of our orders may be delayed during transport, resulting in the product not being available in our warehouse as expected. In such cases, we will contact you to ask whether you would prefer to receive your order without the delayed item or if you would like us to suggest an alternative. The item in question will be shipped to you immediately upon its arrival at our warehouse.
The product you ordered has been discontinued and is no longer available: Among the 100 products displayed in our online store, there are rare cases where a supplier may suddenly and unexpectedly announce that a product has been discontinued. In such cases, a representative from our company will contact you immediately to provide all available alternative solutions.
During periods of extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any case of force majeure that may affect the transportation and delivery of your order.
In the event that it is not possible to contact you by phone and/or email (e.g. if an issue arises with your order—whether related to the product or the payment—and your contact details are incorrect or outdated), this may result in a delay. In any case, the delay shall not exceed thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract.
